- I live in Charlotte and work for one of the largest Banks in United States.
I am 5' 9'' and by late 2008 my weight had ballooned to the highest it had ever been, 220-225 lbs.
So I decided to take charge of my health and set 2009 as the year for fitness and to get back in shape and eventually have a six-pack.
I made many common mistakes during my journey and found some wonderful things along the way and picked up some great habits as well.
Although I havent reached my goal of having a six-pack yet, I belive more than ever that I will get there soon.
This blog is to help keep me honest and accountable about my progress and share my successes with other who, like me, are focused on losing weight the right way.
As of December 9th I stand at 197.5 lbs and I will easily be down to 193 pounds by the end of the year.
So far my goal to lose weight this year has been extremely successful and rewarding. I plan to continue into 2010 until I can see my abs and from there on I will continue to maintain and gain some muscle.
